Through his 31 years of naval service as a decorated Rear Admiral in the U.S. Navy, Tom Lynch learned discipline and principles of leadership that can directly translate to business. He now dedicates his time helping fellow service members navigate civilian life, particularly through successful employment opportunities and financial security in the private sector.
Tom graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1964 where he captained Navy’s 1963 Cotton Bowl Team. His successful career was highlighted by command of the Eisenhower Battle Group during Operation Desert Shield and Superintendent of the U.S. Naval Academy. He is still actively involved in the military community; he was named a Naval Academy Distinguished Graduate in 2010 and currently chairs the Academy’s Athletic and Scholarship Foundation.
Tom also serves on many private and public corporation boards but devotes the majority of his time as the Executive Chairman of NewDay USA, a VA home mortgage company serving active service members and military veterans.
