Rob Dennis continued his family legacy of military service by enlisting in the Army National Guard during college. He was stationed at Camp Edwards in Falmouth, MA where he served eight years as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic responsible for the maintenance of all vehicles and equipment within his unit.
Through his time in the military Rob developed an acute attention to detail and the ability to prepare for any situation, which have been invaluable as a business owner and leader. His experiences helped him understand the importance of teamwork and camaraderie, which he promotes as an integral component of the company culture.
Rob graduated from Bridgewater State University in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology. He also has a bachelor’s degree in social and emotional learning from West Chester University and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from St. Joseph’s University. Rob spent two decades as a health and physical education teacher before redirecting his coaching and mentorship efforts toward Veterans transitioning to the civilian workforce.
Rob, his wife Lori and their three children, Brady, Rylee and Reid, live near Philadelphia.
