Ray Gagnon is a retired Marine Corps Veteran and a lifetime entrepreneur who has built multiple businesses in over a dozen industries.
Ray served 25 years in the Marine Corps, during which time he earned the distinguished status of Master Gunnery Sergeant (E-9), the highest enlisted rank in the Marine Corps. At the height of his career, he was responsible for improving processes and procedures, developing training for Marines, and ensuring operations were mission-capable worldwide.
Throughout his time in the military, Ray and his wife Robin simultaneously managed businesses on the side. Following his retirement from the Marine Corps in 2008, he founded a training and consulting company called Business Operational Success Systems (BOSS) that helps businesses identify opportunities to improve performance and increase revenue.
Today Ray draws from his military and corporate experience to support Veterans transitioning to the civilian world understand how their skills translate. His discipline, attention to detail, and ability to execute orders with precision make him an ideal and inspiring leader.
Ray works alongside his wife of 25 years, Robin, and his two sons, Ray Jr. (RJ) and Kyle.
