Jim Misgen has 15 years of sales, business development, and leadership experience working for Fortune 50 companies. As a manager within large corporations like Comcast, Thomson Reuters, and Sprint, he coached sales teams on best practices for sales efficiency, nurtured their skills, and guided them to success. Jim has also worked in multiple startup sales environments where he honed a dynamic leadership style focused on inspiring and motivating team members.
Inspired by his father, a Korean War Veteran, and by the deep bond, selfless commitment, and unique culture shared by America’s military servicemen and women, Jim is focused on mentoring local Veterans on how to leverage their military experience for business success and fulfillment.
Jim is passionate about community engagement and has built relationships with nonprofits throughout the greater Seattle area, including one that offers transitional housing for the homeless. He’s also developing a scholarship for children in military families to help support their academic pursuits.
Jim received his bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Saint Thomas.
He lives in Snoqualmie, WA with his two daughters.
