Chris has more than 30 years of experience in financial and business management, with experience as a CFO and in financial planning and analysis, investor relations, M&A, treasury, accounting, HR and IT. He began his career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers before progressing into corporate and business unit roles at companies such as ARCO Chemical, Airgas, Exelon Corporation, and Constellation Energy. Chris also worked closely with private equity backed companies, most recently as CFO of Noramco, a $270 million pharmaceutical producer, and Preferred Sands, a $400 million oil and gas services company. As CFO, Chris is a strong business advisor helping to drive growth, process improvement, and cost productivity.
Hearing stories of his two grandfathers and godfather who served in the military, Chris is passionate about supporting the men and women who protect our freedom. He strives to give back to America’s heroes in any way possible and is a contributor to the Wounded Warrior Project.
Chris received his MBA from Villanova University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Delaware. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
He serves as Director and Treasurer on the Board of La Comunidad Hispana (LCH), a non-profit in Chester County, PA that provides healthcare and other social services to those in need.
Chris, his wife Stacey, and their three daughters reside in Unionville, PA.
